Exciting news just in, as PLATFORM_ has been shortlisted as a finalist at the Property Week Property Awards 2024, in the category of Property Company of the Year.

Here’s a quick look back at some of our headline achievements from the last year:

• More than doubled our operational BTR portfolio.
• Launched the largest BTR scheme in Scotland.
• Achieved full occupancy at the first BTR scheme in Wales.
• Topped out our Edinburgh scheme.
• Received planning approval for 1,350 apartments in Leeds.
