ACQUISITIONS

PLATFORM_ is highly acquisitive and wants to buy more BTR sites around the UK. Our preference is for urban locations in large towns and cities, where the development will benefit from good local amenities and public transport. We target opportunities that will provide a minimum of 150 units, with no upper limit. We will undertake both mixed use and pure residential development, and can invest via a multitude of methods including outright purchase (pre or post planning), joint ventures and forward commitment/funding.
