Druckman was previously head of strategy for Premier Inn, and worked for the brand for three years in a number of senior roles.

“Having worked for one of Britain’s best-known brands, it’s exciting to be in at the start of a new phase for PLATFORM_ as it expands into new cities,” Druckman said.

“There’s a genuine opportunity to create real value across BTR portfolios through the services on offer.”

PLATFORM_ recently completed a non-exclusive joint venture with Invesco Real Estate, which saw the investment manager take a majority stake in the developer’s five fully operational schemes in Bracknell, Crawley, Exeter, Stevenage and Bedford, which are together worth £116m.
